At HolloMen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality control team.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5 business days.
